October 2011 Photography Challenge

Information

Take a photo each day as listed in the photo above. Push yourself to try something different for the day. We’re all learning and exploring together. You can post the photos as you go each day or post a recap at the end of the week. Your choice. Make sure to comment on each other’s photos via Twitter and/or blogs to keep each other motivated. On Twitter use #OctPhotoChallenge. On Flickr, our group is titled “October 2011 Photography Challenge“. Thanks to That Wife to putting together a Google Calendar for us! This is my first challenge, and I love that it really feels like a community has come together to learn.

You can also add a participant’s button to your page courtesy of White Peach Photo!

      Sana, check all the quotation marks. Sometimes your computer changes them to the curved kind. They should be straight up and down. Just go through the script and re-type the quotes. That should hopefully fix the problem.

I found out about this challenge thanks to some friends. I started on October 1 too although the self-portrait is an older photo. I’m going to try and take some on the day but for others I have the perfect ones already! thanks for such a great idea.
